Meet Our Staff

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Kim

Office Manager

Kim has been working in customer service for over 25 years, and she is eager to assist you in scheduling your appointments in a way that is convenient for you. She will also work directly with your insurance company to maximize your insurance benefits, and make sure your out of pocket expenses are kept on a payment plan that works for you. Many patients have no insurance and she wants to make the payment process easy for you.

She loves to cook, loves her daughter (who is currently in braces) and loves interacting with our patients. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to her for assistance anytime you need it! She will always greet you with a smile and lend a helping hand to you and your family.

Luanne (aka Lu)

Appointment and Insurance Coordinator

I've worked in the dental field for years and really enjoy the customer service aspect of this job. I love assisting our patients with all of their scheduling and insurance needs and truly strive to make their experience in the office stress free! Outside of work I love spending time with my family, reading, and writing.

 

Shivana (aka Shivey)

I started as a patient of the office over a decade ago loved how the office was like a family and treated the patients like they were part of that family. I know how it feels to be a patient, and more importantly I know how much more confident you can feel as your smile changes. Please ask me about my experience with braces anytime! Outside of work, I love going on adventures to new places to experience different cultures and make memories with my loved ones.

I have been working in the orthodontic field for over 15 years and knew Dr. Sipkin when she first finished her residency. My favorite part of the job is being able to interact with our patients to help with their scheduling and financial needs while watching their smiles transform. I'm married with three boys and love to travel with family and friends. I look forward to assisting you throughout your orthodontic treatment!

I have over 10 years of experience with customer service in the orthodontic field. I love to watch patients’ smiles change during their treatment here at Sipkin Orthodontics and I'm here to make sure your scheduling needs are met. Outside of work, I love to travel and spend time with my family and new baby. My favorite sports are bowling, baseball, basketball and volleyball. All summer long you can find me at the beach playing volleyball!!

Carolina has been working as an orthodontic assistant for well over a decade. She is a perfectionist and loves making sure her job is done well! She loves to read and is a movie buff. Gone With the Wind is her favorite!! She looks forward to helping take care of you at your next visit and loves wearing her Invisalign®, so please ask her about it.

I am a graduate of the Mandl Allied Health dental assistant program and quickly fell in love with Orthodontics. My goal each and everyday is to be a better version of myself in order to keep all of our patients smiling. During my free time I like to play at home with my puppy, spend quality time with my family, and find spontaneous adventures with my friends.
